We are one of the few demolition companies in Finland able to carry out the most challenging concrete demolition, diamond drilling and sawing work in industry, which requires specialist expertise and an extensive, advanced equipment fleet.
For example, we carry out wall sawing and diamond wire sawing of massive structures, such as entire floors of factory buildings. In addition to diamond sawing and wire sawing, we offer diamond drilling, milling and concrete breaking.
We also take care of the further processing of demolition materials: we pulverise, clean and crush the demolished concrete for recycling. This ensures that the demolition materials can be used as secondary raw material, for example in earthworks.
Every site needs the working methods and tools that suit it best, because the materials and location of the structures and the scope of the work determine the most suitable demolition approach. We make versatile use of all concrete demolition and diamond cutting methods to deliver both smaller projects and the largest, most demanding industrial demolition projects.
Diamond sawing is suited to precise, clean cutting work, such as demolishing walls and floors. For the most massive structures, such as entire floors of factory buildings, we use diamond wire sawing, which allows extremely precise cuts even at the most demanding sites.
We use diamond drilling for work that demands precision, such as installing fixings. Concrete breaking, on the other hand, is suited to removing concrete or other hard materials, for example when cleaning surfaces or partially demolishing structures. Milling is an efficient method for levelling surfaces, removing layers of concrete and preparing surface structures, which makes it an effective way of treating large areas.
Our comprehensive fleet includes, among other things, demolition robots of various sizes, which enable precise and efficient demolition in demanding conditions. Demolition robots reduce the physical strain on our workers and move nimbly in confined spaces, easily negotiating stairs and passing through standard doorways, for example.
When a job calls for heavier machinery than demolition robots, we have demolition excavators in weight classes from 1 to 120 tonnes. Their high performance is up to any job, whatever its scale.
In the most challenging demolition projects, such as industrial maintenance outages, the versatility, scale and reliability of the equipment are decisive. Working time on these projects is limited, and delays are not an option for us, even in the event of unexpected breakdowns. For outage sites, we reserve not only a comprehensive and versatile fleet but also back-up equipment and equipment maintenance.
Demolition concrete can be recycled in earthworks, for example in road and transport infrastructure construction, car parks and recreational areas, railway yards, and industrial, waste management and airport areas. We process concrete for recycling to suit the client’s needs.
Producing crushed concrete begins with pulverising, in which the concrete from the demolition work is broken down into fine material. The material is then cleaned of impurities, such as rebar, plastic or other construction waste, so that the concrete going for recycling is of the highest possible quality. Finally, the cleaned concrete is crushed to the right particle size, making it suitable for use in earthworks or as fill material, for example.
